Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup red lentils (masoor dal) 1 onion, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp garam masala Salt, fresh coriander Instructions: Wash and soak red lentils for 20 mins. In a pot, heat oil, add cumin, onion, garlic, and sauté. Add tomatoes and spices; cook into a masala base. Add lentils and water, simmer until soft. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice/roti.
