Classic Punjabi Rajma Masala

Ingredients:
- 1 cup kidney beans (soaked overnight)
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:
- Pressure cook soaked kidney beans with water until soft.
- In a pan, heat oil, sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, and spices. Cook until masala thickens.
- Add cooked beans with water and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot with basmati rice.
