Ingredients:
- 2 cups basmati rice (cooked)
- ½ cup grated coconut (fresh)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 8–10 curry leaves
- 2 green chilies (slit)
- 1 tbsp cashews
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, and cashews.
- Stir in grated coconut and sauté lightly.
- Mix in cooked basmati rice.
- Adjust seasoning and serve warm.
