Coconut Basmati Rice Recipe | South Indian Rice Dish

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups basmati rice (cooked)
  • ½ cup grated coconut (fresh)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 8–10 curry leaves
  • 2 green chilies (slit)
  • 1 tbsp cashews
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, and cashews.
  2. Stir in grated coconut and sauté lightly.
  3. Mix in cooked basmati rice.
  4. Adjust seasoning and serve warm.
