Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked basmati rice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 green chili (slit)
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 8–10 curry leaves
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chili.
- Add turmeric and cooked basmati rice.
- Mix gently and add lemon juice.
- Adjust salt and serve warm.
