Lemon Basmati Rice Recipe | Healthy Refreshing Rice Dish

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 green chili (slit)
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 8–10 curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chili.
  2. Add turmeric and cooked basmati rice.
  3. Mix gently and add lemon juice.
  4. Adjust salt and serve warm.
