Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled kidney beans
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Tortilla shells
  • Salsa & guacamole

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil, sauté onion, add beans and spices. Cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Fill tortilla shells with bean mixture.
  3. Top with salsa and guacamole.
  4. Serve immediately.
