Ingredients:
- 2 cups basmati rice (soaked)
- 200g paneer (cubed)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, beans)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp ghee or oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat ghee, sauté cumin, onions, and tomato.
- Add vegetables, spices, and paneer cubes.
- Stir in soaked basmati rice and water (1:2 ratio).
- Cook until rice is fluffy.
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
