Paneer Pulao with Basmati Rice | Protein-Rich Indian Pulao

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups basmati rice (soaked)
  • 200g paneer (cubed)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, beans)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp ghee or oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat ghee, sauté cumin, onions, and tomato.
  2. Add vegetables, spices, and paneer cubes.
  3. Stir in soaked basmati rice and water (1:2 ratio).
  4. Cook until rice is fluffy.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve.
