Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled kidney beans
- 1 carrot (diced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups vegetable stock
Instructions:
- Sauté onion, garlic, and carrot in oil.
- Add beans and vegetable stock. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Blend half for creaminess.
- Garnish with herbs and serve.
