Rajma Soup Recipe | Healthy High-Protein Kidney Bean Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled kidney beans
  • 1 carrot (diced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups vegetable stock

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, and carrot in oil.
  2. Add beans and vegetable stock. Simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Blend half for creaminess.
  4. Garnish with herbs and serve.
